Annie Hahn
Owner, Physical Therapist
Annie has been a physical therapist since 2004 and has helped hundreds of patients recover from injuries and surgery along with improving their quality of life. She is experienced in all aspects of outpatient physical therapy and is board certified as a Direct Access Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania. After receiving her MPT from Duquesne University, Annie made Pittsburgh her permanent home. She opened Restorations PT in 2011 so she could spend more time with patients in a one-on-one setting. One of her greatest assets is her passion for helping people. Since 2012, she has participated in three trips to Latin America where she provided PT for knee and hip replacement patients. Annie enjoys sports & traveling with her family.

Krissy Austin
Physical Therapist
Krissy is a Pittsburgh native who graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2003 and completed her doctorate in physical therapy in 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining the RPT staff, she worked at PSC skilled nursing & assisted living facility in Oakmont, PA primarily working with the geriatric population recovering from a variety of orthopedic surgeries and injuries. Krissy grew up in the North Hills of Pittsburgh & currently resides there with her family.

Emily Allwine
Physical Therapist
Emily received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2016. She has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting since that time and has experience treating various diagnoses including post-operative conditions and sports injuries. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and helping them reach their individual goals . Emily is a native of Atlanta, GA and recently relocated to the Pittsburgh area. Emily received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and is a proud Hokie alum.

Lara Henke
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Lara is a Minnesota native and graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She started her career in Portland, OR in the hospital and outpatient rehab settings. She then moved to Chicago,IL before relocating to Pittsburgh in 2009. She worked as a pelvic health PT with UPMC for 11 years before joining our team. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and traveling with her husband and kids.

Vasthy Barone
Physical Therapist
Vasthy, a.k.a “V”, was born in Peru but considers herself a Pittsburgh native. She has been practicing physical therapy since 2006. V graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and has worked in various settings including acute care at AGH, inpatient rehab at The Children’s Institute and home therapy with OSPTA. In addition to working part-time at Restorations, she continues to provide coverage for other local clinics. She resides in Upper St. Clair with her family. Vasthy speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys traveling.

Emily Barno
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, WCS, SLT, CSCS
Emily received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018. She has been working as a pelvic floor and women’s health physical therapist since 2019, and she became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy in 2021. Emily is also a Certified Lymphedema Specialist, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certified Coach. While Emily was born in Central PA, she has called Pittsburgh her home since 2009.

Cali Nagy
Physical Therapist Assistant
Cali graduated from CCAC Boyce in 2014 where she obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has gained experience in sports and orthopedic PT in multiple outpatient facilities and worked with geriatrics in a skilled nursing facility. Cali resides in Monongahelia with her family and enjoys sitting on the back porch with her grandfather listening to his stories.

Nicole Reynolds
Physical Therapist
Nicole has been a practicing physical therapist since 2009 and has worked in private practice prior to joining the Restorations PT team in 2016. She is a Pittsburgh native and attended University of Pittsburgh where she earned her Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy degrees. Nicole has experience in treating orthopaedic disorders and a special interest in balance and vertigo dysfunction. She is certified in the LSVT BIG® treatment of Parkinson’s Disease.

Colleen Schomburg
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, WCS, CLT-LANA
Colleen received her Master’s in PT from Duquesne University in 2003 and trained to become a specialist in pelvic floor, peripartum care, and lymphedema. She worked at Magee Women’s Hospital. She received her Certification in Lymphedema Therapy in 2005 and became board certified in Women’s Health in 2009. She is adjunct clinical faculty in the Rangos School of Health Science at Duquesne University and lectures yearly on lymphedema and peripartum back pain. She was the Director of the UPMC Women’s Health Residency program from 2014-2020 before joining our team.

Becky Wesolowski
Office Manager
Becky graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2002. Before joining the Restorations team in 2011, she worked as the Director of PUMP’s Pittsburgh Sports League for over six years. She has held positions at Google and The Coro Center for Civic Leadership. Becky is a Pittsburgh native and currently resides in Whitehall with her family.
