Annie has been a physical therapist since 2004 and has helped hundreds of patients recover from injuries and surgery along with improving their quality of life. She is experienced in all aspects of outpatient physical therapy and is board certified as a Direct Access Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania. After receiving her MPT from Duquesne University, Annie made Pittsburgh her permanent home. She opened Restorations PT in 2011 so she could spend more time with patients in a one-on-one setting. One of her greatest assets is her passion for helping people. Since 2012, she has participated in three trips to Latin America where she provided PT for knee and hip replacement patients. Annie enjoys sports & traveling with her family.

Krissy is a Pittsburgh native who graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2003 & earned her doctorate in physical therapy in 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh. She joined the Restorations team in 2013. She has experience treating various diagnoses including post-operative conditions, general pain & sports related injuries. Krissy grew up & still resides in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. Her free time is spent with her husband & son where they enjoy hiking, game nights & dog walks.

Nicole Vogini

Nicole has been a practicing physical therapist since 2009 and has worked in private practice prior to joining the Restorations PT team in 2016. She is a Pittsburgh native and attended University of Pittsburgh where she earned her Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy degrees. Nicole has experience in treating orthopedic disorders and a special interest in balance and vertigo dysfunction. She is certified in the LSVT BIG® treatment of Parkinson’s Disease.

Vasthy, a.k.a “V”, was born in Peru but considers herself a Pittsburgh native. She has been practicing physical therapy since 2006. V graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and has worked in various settings including acute care at AGH, inpatient rehab at The Children’s Institute and home therapy with OSPTA. She resides in Upper St. Clair with her family. Vasthy speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys traveling.

Kristen has been a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for five years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field. Holding a degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University, Kristen has taught first and third grades, demonstrating a strong commitment to working with children. Her Physical Therapy credentials include a PTA degree from California University and she is also a certified ACE Personal Trainer.
Outside of her professional achievements, Kristen enjoys spending quality time with her adult children, hiking, mountain climbing, and skydiving, embracing the thrill of adventure and the beauty of nature.

Lara is a Minnesota native and graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She started her career in Portland, OR in the hospital and outpatient rehab settings. She then moved to Chicago,IL before relocating to Pittsburgh in 2009. She worked as a pelvic health PT with UPMC for 11 years before joining our team. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and traveling with her husband and kids.

Halle is an accomplished physical therapist originally from Cleveland, OH. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor's in Biology, Health Sciences in 2017 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. Halle's professional journey began in developmental and orthopedic-based pediatrics at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, DE, and Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH.
Driven by a passion for addressing unmet needs, Halle transitioned to pelvic health after recognizing the importance of specialized care for new and seasoned mothers.
In her leisure time, Halle enjoys swimming, biking, crocheting, exploring downtown and its surrounding regions, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Meredith is a highly skilled and passionate physical therapist who graduated with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware in 2021 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023. Meredith grew up in Upper St. Clair and now resides in Mt. Lebanon, where she continues to serve her community with dedication and expertise.
In her free time, Meredith enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and engaging in fantasy football, balancing her professional life with a love for sports and recreation.

Tyra Rojtas

Tyra is a graduate of Duquesne University with two B.S. degrees in Biology and Health Sciences in 2019 before receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. After obtaining her doctoral degree, she continued her education, becoming a certified Pelvic Health Specialist with advanced clinical competency in pelvic floor physical therapy through Evidence In Motion, where she currently serves on the faculty as an educator for the Pelvic Health curriculum. She also holds a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) Certification.
Tyra is extensively trained in internal and external techniques to diagnose and treat the full musculoskeletal system for patients experiencing problems related to their pelvis and pelvic floor, including bladder, bowel, or sexual function. She feels her role is to support people navigating their health throughout all stages of life and provide access to research-based, “pleasure-centric,” holistic care.
When she’s not talking about the pelvic floor, Tyra enjoys talking movies with her film club, playing pickleball, spending time outdoors with her dog, and having coffee with her husband. Tyra currently lives in the south hills of Pittsburgh (Bethel Park).

Mara Beth Didiano, DPT, earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Health Science from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where she also completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013.
Her passion for physical therapy was sparked by personal experience—recovering from multiple sports injuries as a young athlete. This journey, combined with five years of hands-on experience as a rehabilitation aide in an outpatient clinic during high school and college, solidified her commitment to the field.
Mara Beth is dedicated to providing individualized care by listening to her patients and tailoring treatment plans to support their unique goals. She places a strong emphasis on manual therapy and believes in the meaningful impact that hands-on care can have on recovery.
“I take pride in the care I give to my patients. I strive to create a welcoming space where they feel heard, supported, and motivated. Watching my patients progress and regain their confidence is the most rewarding part of what I do.”
Outside the clinic, Mara Beth enjoys spending quality time with friends and family—especially her two adorable nieces. She also loves cooking, being outdoors, and everything Disney.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mackenzie Herbst is a dedicated physical therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duquesne University in 2024.
Mackenzie is passionate about fitness, particularly enjoying yoga and pilates. In her free time, she embraces an active lifestyle by exploring the vibrant city of Pittsburgh, cheering on Pittsburgh sports teams, and discovering new culinary experiences at various restaurants throughout the area.

Jessica McQuade leads Restorations Medical Billing department and brings 22 years of experience to the position. She holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Point Park University. Jessica's expertise lies in healthcare management and administration, and she has dedicated her career to improving healthcare delivery and outcomes. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys a variety of hobbies. She has a deep passion for music and enjoys traveling to explore different cultures. She also has a love for animals and finds joy in gardening. Above all, Jessica cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family.

A lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, Jessica (Jessie) Bradshaw brings extensive experience in various healthcare environments to her role. She earned an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from Penn Commercial Business/Technical School in 2006.
Throughout her career, Jessica has worked in diverse medical settings, including private doctors' offices, assisted living facilities, and workers' compensation. She highly values patient care and strives to ensure every individual she interacts with has a positive experience. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, participating in activities at her church, and reading.
