We accept most major health insurance, all auto insurance claims, and worker’s compensation claims. You will need a prescription for physical therapy if your pain is auto / work related or if you have a Medicare or Medicare Advantage Plan. Aside from those situations, with our Direct Access license, you do not need a prescription when using your regular health insurance.
We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

- Highmark, including all Highmark Medicare Advantage Plans (Freedom Blue, Security Blue, etc)
- Multiplan Carriers
- United Healthcare/Optum
- Worker’s Compensation Plans
We can accept UPMC Health Plan PPO, via out-of-network benefits.
Patients not using insurance can request a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) prior to receiving treatment.
